I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm. I was looking for something specific and was taken to the section containing what I was looking for and then given advice as to what selection I should make. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay. Don't be afraid to ask for help. These people are really there to help.

There was no one in the store. The people working behind the desk were no rush to be getting anyone's orders ready if they're that far behind. I offered to do it by myself, and they proceeded to tell me after I had paid for the self printing that what I was requesting, could not be done on the printers that I was paying for.
