Was a client for several years. We were with them for 18 years and then last year Julia does our taxes and tells us matter of fact that the office was hacked and we'll likely have identity theft. Without giving us any time to process this crappy news and have a little time to decide what to do, she blows us off and rushes us out of her office because there were people waiting. She was so mean and rude, it was really sad and disappointing. They really don't value their clients one bit. Then the nerve to charge us $450 after all that. I called to cancel this year's appointment and before I could explain why, the sister said ok and hung up. read more

The associates, the atmosphere, the positivity, the hospitality and the immense ENERGY just envelope the newbie upon arrival! My husband and I used them for a couple of years and made the trek to Upland from Torrance because we liked Julia. However this year everything has changed. There has been so much miscommunication and unprofessionalism from this office this tax season. The lockdown has been hard on everyone, but they sure do let you know how difficult it has been for them this year. Filing taxes with customers digitally should not be that hard, but for some reason they are not able to handle it well. Also, the level of inexperience exhibited by their employees is not something I would ever pay for. You shouldn't be shouting into a phone with your customers, maybe try getting off speakerphone. Also, don't assume your customers don't know anything about taxes and give false information. Its a business, please try and be credible. We are done with the struggle. Good bye! read more

As far as taxes and investment strategy you can't beat this place. I have been going here for the past 15 years. Julia has an awesome personality and makes the business fun to go to. The whole staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are set up in advance, and I never have to worry about missing a appointment because I get a notification from the staff one week prior to my appointment. And in the same week of appointment, I get text and phone calls three days straight to remind me of the appointments. All businesses should be conducted I. This manner. As far as the investment portion of the business I can not be any happier. I was investing with other bigger companies, and they didn't have my best interest in their hands. They were looking for their commission without representation. Julia is on top of all the trading strategies, and is in contact with you as the market changes. Other money managers and those said big companies weren't concerned how the changing market would effect me. I have brought a Majority of my friends to this business and they have the same reaction There taxes have never been better. read more

Went with my family and absolutely got the worst service. This agency was rude and tried to over charge us. I saw one of the employees drinking beer and not being serious. They are unprofessional and need to be shut down. I will never go back to them and I strongly advise anyone trying to do their taxes not to go there.
