I called to inquire because my file was too big to upload to their website. The woman on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She told me to email the file and they were able to provide a quote through email. They're response time on emails is very impressive. There was a slight miscommunication on the timing of the order. They had to order the bags which took 2 days, but usually on in stock items it's only a 24hr turnaround. They originally thought these bags were in stock but they apologized and offered other options.
