I've found myself going through a lot of unnecessary back-and-forth due to layout, sizing, and design issues that should have been caught earlier in the process. Another thing I didn't care for is that payment is required before seeing the finished product. While I understand why some businesses operate this way, I personally prefer companies that allow customers to review their order before final payment. What ultimately made me stop using them was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, orders were sometimes delayed, and I often felt like resolving issues wasn't a priority. I gave them several chances because I like supporting local businesses, but after multiple experiences, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.
