The side gate hinge was broken, a new window blind was broken. The marketing photos looked like they were taken with her cell phone. I was told up front she had a buyer and two weeks later was told that that person only looks for bargains. I would have to call her to get updates from the beginning and she finally started to provide them. The lights and fans were left on after showings and once the doors were left unlocked.
