I will never ever recommend Magnum insurance company to anyone. I was once a Magnum customer and my vehicle was in a accident on October 25th 2024. I was hit front behind unfortunately I was told that my car would be totaled out. My insurance was paid fir the month of November. I reach out to Magnum insurance company to tell them that I no longer need insurance because my car was totaled out as of October 25th 2024. I was informed by one of there representatives that they could not cancel my policy unless I provide documents that my car totaled. At that present time I did not have the letter that they were requesting. I was just told by mouth from the adjuster for claims from the person that hit me insurance company that my car was totaled. So the representative provided me with an email to send all the documents to once I receive the letter that was needed. I provide the letter that was needed comes December I'm receiving letter stating that my policy is going to be canceled. I reach out to a representative once again and ask why am I receiving cancellation letters. I cancel my insurance I haven't needed insurance since October 25th 2024 and I provide them with the documents that was needed. Do you know Magnum insurance knew I no longer needed their insurance policy and didn't want to pay me back my money for the month of November they are doing everything to try to keep my money for the November. Every time I call and talk to representative they try to come up with every reason why they can't refund my money. So today February 14th 2025 I receive a letter from Magnum insurance saying I owe them and they going to send me to collections. Shame on Magnum insurance. Magnum insurance is a company that ROB's people for their money. Please beware of these fake insurance companies. I only gave a star because I had to. I wish I didnt. Show less

I'd like to come back here in 6 mos and also 1 years time and make sure they earn the 5 Stars. Update my review then- I think it's possible. I'm very happy with the beginning way we've started business. I as well, try to be reasonable, ask the appropriate questions to be knowledgeable and be respectful: all at the same time. As consumers we need to be patient and ask the right questions. Remember people can't read our minds, so explain our exact needs. Then they can give you the best price to help you. I did that, I think it was a reasonable result. There are many insurance agents out there, so we all need to be mindful and make sure they are reputable and accountable. So Review , Review and Leave Reviews. After reading other reviews left for the Business, after visiting the Business, I can still say, I'm confident in my decision (at this point). It seems the Community, maybe some have forgotten basic Respect. Just because it's online and not in person they so easily Bash a business they have Built a Relationship for Years with over VERY Basic "lack of communication" ; which is BOTH the consumer and businesses fault really. Let's Not do that, not necessary. Also, this Business had 2 employees working. It was 3pm, on a weekday. They have a very nice lounge area and business area. Well cared for. You can see the Pride they have in their place of business. I like to go inside in person, COVID Is Over, Go visit the Businesses. Get out the house, go into the businesses and speak to a professional. You will get the attention you need, in a reasonable manner- obviously you need to wait your turn if they are busy. I know I was given the time to go over Auto & Home Insurance Policies. It's my life, I need to be responsible to understand insurance costs and management of policies. I've had Allstate in the past for many years. I don't remember the last time I actually went into a business to speak to them and ask the necessary questions. I know it helps me feel like it could be a better experience in person, and it Was! Thank you! I don't want to wait on the phone for someone. On the Phone you can get Scammed! EASILY Insurance policies take a long time to go through, and they need to be careful with a lot of data. I respect that they took their time. No rushing through paperwork. In the digital world we live in , we need to accept the "norms" and if we want discounts, then there are requirements for that. I don't agree with the digital world as much as others may, I thought a "cash" world was much easier, but those days are dead and gone unfortunately.
