We were hoping when Ptaecks took over some of the staff would change because we know they pride themselves on a friendly helpful staff. Some people are not meant for customer service and there are at least 2 women who work there who are not good for your business. There's a big refrigerated section housing all of the staples, and then I thought I spotted a wine section in the back. Ample parking around on the street. Decent though not stellar prices. I suggested that if this was actually the case (which I'm pretty sure it is not) it would be a good idea to remove the coupon before they put the product out on the floor. The customer service is the very best in the area. We entertain often and are often looking for items that we are not familiar with. The staff not only welcomes us to the store the minute we enter, but will also "bring" us (not point to an aisle) to the item we are looking for! Then with their obvious knowledge of their inventory, they will help us select the best offered. They often ask if they can help us get the items to the car. That is a winner in my book (and it's even cheaper on wacky wednesday). They even still do movie rentals. Easy to get in and out and usually enough parking. The people that work there are friendly too.
