They tried to buy a car from me for way below fair market trade-in and reportedly had a buyer ready to take it off their hands at an excessive profit. They tried to convince me to have work done on my car that it didn't need, and they withheld information about something that was going to break down and would have cost far more to fix after than before a breakdown. I have no confidence in these people.

Andy, our service writer, came to our rescue. He was able to reschedule someone else's service so that we could use the courtesy car to get our crew back home. The level of service he showed, as well as the other employees, was superior. They made the best of our desperate situation. They really went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful!

After meeting with him, test driving the car, and giving all information, we were told we would hear something back shortly. We waited around all afternoon on Friday. Finally got a response after just going in there and waiting. Couple pieces were broken on the vehicle, but they informed me that since they were not a Hyundai dealer, I would have to contact someone else to get replacement parts. The tire had a leak in it from a bent rim that the car had initially, and took some bickering for them to fix that at no charge. I used the wipers not even a week after I bought it, and they were ripped and crappy. Had to go purchase new ones. Don't get me wrong, I am in love with my car, but the service isn't quite up to par.

If you never pay then it could become a small claims issue. Unless the shop has a lean on the vehicle. Then they can hold and even potentially keep the vehicle. Wes calls anyone with usaa insurance a idiot, that he is smarter than anyone with usaa because, well I never got a reason. I didnt say that, he was angry about what the insurance company said and took it out on me. Everyone else is nice but that does not make up for his rudeness. The man wouldn't even let the cop talk. Just remember this happend and even if he sugar coats it, I'm still a very un satisfied customers and if you look at reviews then that probley matters to you. BTW I gave them 2 months to get parts and still had to wait 2 weeks for them to get parts and then do the repairs. That was after I droped the car off.
