He gave me a quote, and while I was waiting for my neighbour to let me know what he wanted to do, I decided to get Good Neighbor Fences to replace the rotted posts on the other side of my yard, as well as replace the old gate. Despite it still being winter (a warm February with snow on the ground), Paul and Brent were able to help me. Brent and his crew showed up on a Friday morning, and by mid-afternoon, I had new fence-posts, repaired lattice-work, and a new gate. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a gate, so I left the design up to Paul and Brent -- and I'm so glad I did. I love my new gate! It looks amazing. I'd recommend this company to anyone -- matter of fact, I am hoping to get more fence work done, and I plan to call Good Neighbor again.

They finished the job in a few hours, and Dean asked if I had any issues with it, and I mentioned that it did no look great and I would appreciate it if they came back and made it look better. He came out himself about a week later and fixed it so it looked literally as good as new, and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would 100% recommend to friends and family. Things not going perfectly is common for contractors. Fixing things when they DO go wrong is a lot more uncommon. 5 stars, and Dean is a stand up guy.
