Have a double bed but only one comforter, one pillow, one bath towel and one hand towel. Cheap quality, no wash cloths. Only t-online subscription wifi. No information booklet in room, no pad of paper, no pen. Parking very difficult - tight area on side of house crammed up against other guests cars. Must have a valet parking degree to make it work. Breakfast in cavernous restaurant crammed with extra tables and junk. Only open for breakfast. 80's decor incl. gold lame placemats. Cheap food including jam out of individual packets like McDonalds. All for a 4 star price. Very sad. The building itself is beautiful and location excellent. Too bad they couldn't provide bare minimum on basic expectations.

All rooms are large two bed rooms with new furniture, TV and a refrigerator. The rooms and baths have been clean every time. For late arrival, the key can be stored in a key safe.

We asked for a nice table and decoration (flowers) and were promised both. Few days before we were informed that there was a large party (Abtanzball) at the same time but that we would sit on another floor and be mostly separate from the other guests of the party with maybe a few diners at the same time. When we arrived on 1/22/23 the new "Alm" restaurant in the Hotel complex was packed. Barely any distances or free tables. We were told that there was no other area on another floor. They could move some larger decoration and place is between the two rooms. So, all the promises made were not hold. No idea how the food is but the organization is unacceptable for a new restaurant, especially since we pointed out the double special occasion. We left and had to find a new good restaurant for the celebration ad hoc. Will never go to that restaurant ever again. No idea how the hotel itself is.
