Every year at Christmas my family sends me cards from the UK and they provide evidence of them…read moreleaving the UK but Correos service is so poor they don't get delivered. I'm waiting for 4 cards that were posted at the end of November. It's supposed to take 5 days from UK to Spain, Correos provides a 2nd class service. I have also had parcel tracking that states that Correos has attempted to deliver a parcel but no one was home, on a day when I was home all day! Pure lie, they need to get their act together.

The staff is friendly, and though none speak English, each time I've visited they have been kind and patient. Patient is what you'll have to be too, on the occasion of any visit as there will be a wait. I'd suggest avoiding early morning visits as those will tend to produce the longest lines. I've had better luck in early afternoon (between 11:00 and 1:00) but do bear in mind that they close by 2:30 for the day, so don't wait too long or you'll miss your chance completely.

They went to the hotel, picked up the item, packed it and shipped it to us at our next hotel, all for a very reasonable price. Great service!
