This is for their ATM services only! The fees to withdraw money are so arbitrary in Barcelona that it's a matter of trial and error. Charges range anywhere from zero to 4,50€ to 5€. Happy to report that there are NO fees as of this writing (July 2017) to take out Euros. I can't stand the thought of paying 5€ just to use a freakin' ATM! That's a beer and a coffee right there. read more
