Hello U.S vetran here and I Picked up this law firm to help with some claims , I had been submitting for disability. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST communication I have ever seen from lawyer to paralegal to Client . Almost a FULL YEAR I had little to no communication , I had done everything I was asked waited and waited . Even went and got buddy statements as requested which most VA disability vets know can be crucial in a case . I sent them everything as requested within days of being asked . I called left voice mails told them who I was and was always promised a call back it never came. Emails weren't responsive and again they have a great talk but on paper nothing was done . I was even switched to a diffrent Paralegal within the case and NO ONE told me. So I was emailing a dead email asking for updates . While im calling them and there telling me , the person will call you back at XYZ time and date , it NEVER happens come to find out the paralegal was let go and I got switched to someone diffrent and when I asked to speak to them they say "well that person is on family leave right now" but they do a great talk about plans and steps moving foward etc . . ITS NO FOLLOW THROUGH , Don't waste your time with them for VA Disability. Oh and they wanted 40% of backpay as well .​ read more

I can say without any doubt that Deuterman's VA lawyers are top notch! Matt and Hollie have accomplished what myself and other VA advocates I've chosen have not been able to accomplish. Would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I have been fighting and filing multiple claims for several medical issues against our VA Benefits system for over 20 years, never got much past constant frustration, delays and obfuscations. As Deuterman Law states on their website "it doesn't matter how good your claim is; if it's not packaged and presented the right way, the VA won't approve it." How True!! My original benefit ratings was 10%, National advocates got me to 30% but Deuterman Law got me 100% and all of my disabilities recognized by the VA! I consider this a monumental accomplishment.
