It seems very coincidental that these hidden reviewers had the exact same bad experience that I did when trying to go to the store and the only reviews that easily appear are the good ones. My family and I arrived at 2:50pm on a Wednesday afternoon via taxi, specifically aiming to buy authentic Italian leather bags to bring back home. When we got there however, the bags were out on display, but the entrance was blocked with two chairs and a cardboard tube. The woman inside was on the phone and very abrasive, shooing us away and claiming that she was not open until 3. From what I could see, it's a little hole in the wall with only a handful of unfashionable (and not vey soft looking) boring leather pieces. I echo the sentiment that it was not worth the trek.

The sales associates weren't overly friendly, as I may be used to in America, but they weren't rude either, so they're alright in my book. A brightly lit, colorful, nicely arranged shop filled with wonderful handbags and jewelry. They specialize in handmade leather and vegan leather handbags, wallets, backpacks, belts as well as handmade jewelry too from silver and bronze alloy. Everything is just lovely and it's easy to tell that it is all very well crafted and detailed, they take pride in their work. Speaking with shop owner I asked him if he made the bags and he said yes and showed me the workshop. Not only does he make all the hand bags, but the workshop is right behind the shop, so cute. I don't see that at home in NYC. He was very friendly, very helpful and a pleasure to meet. I only wish I bought more.
