Thank you for your response to my initial Yelp review Kaydee. However, we feel that you missed the point of our review of your repair bill, and our dissatisfaction with the charge. We were not dissatisfied by the service person, or the fact that our oven was fixed. We agreed to pay the $149.00 initial fee for him to travel to our house to look at our oven. We did not expect to pay only for the part as you stated in your response, we merely wanted consideration and an adjustment to the price of the part due to the fact that the part was only $18.00. The technician told us the part would be $300.00. We did not in anyway, expect you to do the work for free, as you also said. We ran a service repair business for many years, and completely understand the "concept" of doing business. We feel your response to be condescending, and a bit insulting. read more
