The roots of the teeth in his lower jaw had grown quite long and extended down very close to the mandibular nerve. I'm not ashamed to say I was nervous while waiting for him to come out of surgery. But I am happy to say, Dr Miller did an Outstanding Job! He graciously took his time and knowledge to thoroughly inform us of the procedure. We opted to have the Exparel pain relief administered as part of the procedure and are Very glad we did. My sons comfort level and speed of healing after a more invasive than the norm procedure were Amazing!! A few years ago, I had my wisdom teeth removed and was told NOTHING about the process. I woke up in a different room, all alone, so I called my dad, worried something went wrong. A nurse came, started yelling at me to put my phone away, threatening to take it from me. I was confused and scared and this woman made it so much worse. Additionally, I had horrific mouth pain because I was not told proper aftercare. I told my dad not to take my brother to this place, but he took him anyways and they completely messed up his IV and could have caused serious issues. I hope this place gets shut down. The way they treat their patients isn't just disrespectful, it's unsafe. They desperately need new nurses who actually care about their patients and want to help them. Looking back, I wish I wasn't so sick after getting my wisdom teeth out so I could have asked for the nurses names and reported them. Still might report the clinic idk.
