He said that since we had it unplugged when he came out he couldn't access it right. He was very rude and gruff and acted like I insulted him. I wasn't doing that. I just wanted it fixed completely. That's all. I mean it was better but not completely. He didn't have time to look at it today, he said rudely. He is very busy and has other things that he had to do. Probably tomorrow.
