I usually go to the…read moreone on North Tryon since it's closer to my place in NoDa, but I happened to be over here and this location is not that far from the other one. By far, this one is much nicer. There are way more vacuums and a lot more employees working, which makes a big difference compared to the other location that seems to only have one or two vacuums. The car wash itself feels bigger and more organized, with a pay station you go through before entering, instead of feeling cramped. The service was fast and efficient. It was cold that day, so I went inside and sat in the waiting area, which was warm and comfortable. Before I knew it, they came to get me and my truck was ready and clean. Overall, I really enjoyed this location and it might become my new go to instead of the one I usually visit. Plus, it's close to Midtown, which is a bonus. I currently have the unlimited wash and they also clean the inside and it's a great value.

A couple of months ago, I ran one through the AutoBell on 3rd Street and it loosened a couple of pieces of left rear trim. I thought that maybe it was a super aggressive unit, so tried the same car at the South Boulevard location, unfortunately a worse result. I didn't notice it for several days (car parked facing away from house), but noticed driver door trim had been stripped off. When I returned to the AutoBell, the first technician searched a pile and didn't find it. Fortunately (at least in the sense that it matches), another tech found it in a different pile. So, 0 for 2 with this car at Autobells, may have to risk a fine or go touchless. Beware on old cars!
