Scheduling was a breeze and the two gentlemen that did the work arrived promptly. They worked quickly and were done with both cars in about 2 hours. Very particular with my corvette! Called and they worked me in quickly. They came to my place of business and were right on time. I was told they would call about 15 minutes before the appointment time and they called 20 minutes before. Within 1 hr my corvette looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor. My RV was detailed very bad. I trusted the company to do what they said they would do. I paid 2000.00 for a very bad job and no one will reply back to me. I've been searching for a good car detailing service in Nashville for years. Seriously .. years. I needed my car detailed and I never have time to take it anywhere. I scheduled an appt and they came to my work. I've never used a mobile service before. They began to clean and were told by security they could not do it there. So, they came by my house a few days later to finish. They were super easy to work with me! The level of service and quality can't be matched. Worth every penny! Also.. just being THAT person. As a woman, I'm always scared to have ANYONE just show up at my home or job.. and I felt comfortable with the gentleman working. They were kind and relatable. They were an hour late but let me know they were running behind and called when they were on the way and when they arrived. It was 2 guys and took them just over an hour. I was gifted a deluxe Plus package for my birthday from my dad. on first inspection of my car after the work was done, it looked good. The car was clean. tires and rims on the surface looked clean. the leather seats and carpets looked clean and so did the dashboard and other interior looked good. but it was the "details" that I have a problem with. On closer inspection, none of the inside glass was cleaned. inside my rims were still dirty with black brake dust. my trunk was not vacuumed. all in all, it was just a basic Car Wash ,vacuuming and armor all which I could have gotten done for a lot less. read more

OMG....Worst car wash/detail job ever. Great phone support/follow up, but absolutely poor end service/delivery. I paid $99 for the "Deluxe" which equated to my local $20 drive thru car wash. (not exaggerating). In fact, my local $20 Mr. Bee's car wash is actually marginally better. (no streaks). Yes, they cleaned the (3) dirty spots I pointed out, but they pretty much 1/2 assed the rest of the job...complete with streaks where mirrors were never even dried or a quarter panel that never got washed....ie. big stuff. (dirt in door sills, cup holders, and simple dirt spots that wiped up with a rag in seconds...if they just bothered to have any attention to detail. Having 2 cars done, these guys wrapped up both in 90 minutes. That should have been my first clue. I walked around both cars, doing the quick check. I just shook my head paid them the $99 + $20 tip X 2 cars. (yes, I'm kinda pissed I even tipped them) all the while thinking to myself..."seriously?" I'm not the type to pull a Karen and ask for the manager or point out the missed spots, standing there while they're fixed. I expect that if this is your main job, you know how to do it properly. Normally, with bad service, I just go on my way and never hire you again. Hell, I don't even bother to leave a negative review in most cases. But after (5) out of (5) passengers commented on how bad the job was....then asked what I paid...only to laugh.....I'd had enough. Tonight was the first time I'd driven one of the vehicles they'd cleaned at night....and I literally had to pull over and clean the inside of the windshield to see out. Any oncoming light from other cars, hit the smudged/hazzy windshield (done from the inside with a dirty rag or wrong cleaner) made it almost impossible to see out. That was the final straw for me. Save your money. Hire someone else. If you're the owner reading this....I'm sorry....hire some new guys. (I also own a business....so I get it....and feel your pain.) The technicians were late but explained what happen and called to let me know. I was given a 10% discount for my trouble. I was on having the interior of my car cleaned. I had just acquired my 2018 Civic a month before therefore the interior was not really dirty. I was having it detailed hoping a company who specialized in this could get out 2 stains that were in the seats. I was not upset because they were not able to removed either stain but for $88.00 and car that was otherwise only needed a good vacuuming, they did not even clean the rear view mirror and the back window was left smeared. The stain on the back seat might not actually be removable but a company that specializes in interior cleaning should be able to get out a coffee stain. Perhaps I was expecting too much. read more

Our family travels full time with 2 kids under 2, so our car is VERY lived in! Thanksgiving brought us to Nashville to see family and we decided to have the interior of the car detailed. I found Detail Time online and when I called they were extremely professional and offered me wonderful packed and great discount deals. Then came the big surprise... they come to my house to do the work! AMAZING! I received reminder text messages, then a phone call when they were nearby, and crew of 3 people made our car sparkle in just over an hour. We were blown away! Detail Time did a great job on my SUV last weekend. I don't remember the last time I did a thorough clean, but less a full detail. They took years of dirt and food out of my seats and got in all the nooks and crannies that I couldn't reach. Huge shout out to Detail Time for getting literally rotten ground beef blood out of my floorboard. I couldn't believe it rolled under my seat and when it rolled back out exploded in the blazing summer heat. I took scolding hot water and every cleaner under the sun and shop vacuumed it out, but whenever the temperature rose, the smell came back. It got to 110 in my car today and it still smells brand new. Money well spent at an incredibly reasonable rate. Will use you all again and recommend to everyone. read more

I can't say enough about this. I bought a new (to me) 2014 Nissan Altima a few months back and was really looking forward to keeping it as new as possible. Well, with 2 smaller kids (1 is 6 and the other is a year and a half) you can imagine how long that lasted. I came on here to get some quotes, and was happy with the results. After getting bombarded with emails wit quotes, I decided to go with Detail Time. They were running a special, and even their deluxe package was cheaper than most of the others normal packages. This was NOT, however, the reason I decided to go with them. The main reason I went with Detail Time was because they actually took the time to ask questions. I told them that the car wasn't THAT bad off, and just needed some cleaning and that I wasn't sure that it needed the deluxe. Another thing I liked about them (and most companies I talked to) is that they were mobile. They worked with me and made actually got to my house earlier than they even open. Once Cody got there, he was very straight with me and was honest. He told me that in all honesty, I did not need to go with the deluxe. This really sealed the deal with me in knowing that I make the right decision. Knowing that they were honest and weren't out to just get money. Cody was/is an awesome guy and got straight to work, and work he did! After a while, he knocked on my door and told me he was done. Again, the car wasn't that bad off to begin with, but Cody made the thing look better than new. I never thought that the inside of the car would look the way he made it. Windows are cleaner than they were when I got it. Car was washed and the rims looked brand new. My car has a weird color, and it seems like EVERY LITTLE scratch is visible, but Cody buffed it and made it appear as though over half the previous scratches are gone. Pretty much, the TL;DR of this review is this: GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You will not be disappointed. Cody and Chase know what they are doing. Terrible experience. He showed up an hour late and my car was not that clean. My husband purchased a voucher through Groupon for the 2-3 hr detail service. He was barely there and hour and what he wiped down inside I had to re-do because it left streak marks and was grimy. Some things were akipped all together. I reached out to the company following my bad experience and they were unwilling to do anything to correct the situation. The only thing he offered was to refund my $10 up charge for my SUV and the tip I gave the guy. This voucher had a value of $150, and he claimed that since it was purchased through Groupon we already got a discount. However, my argument was we didn't even receive the service we were supposed to get to begin with. He then told me to have a nice day, he was done with the whole thing.
