A drive across county with subpar washes had left my black beauty in need of some tlc. We talked on phone and texted, he was always avail to answer my questions/concerns. I decided to do the full paint correction to deal with paint contaminates, swirls, hairline scratches, etc AND the ceramic coating. My black car shines like a diamond, excellent job, it looks amazing!!! Highly recommend worth every penny. Thank you Addison, I love the way my car looks!!!

Presque Isle Auto gave a very reasonable quote and so I decided to go with them. I was easily able to make an appointment that fit my schedule (and the schedule of the person who had to pick me up and drop me off while my car was there). I dropped the car off at about 830am and the repairs were done by 1pm. The car was washed inside and out, and the repair looked great. I have attached photos of before and after to compare. It looks like the original window and if you didn't know it was a replacement, you could never tell. All around very happy with the service and obvious care Presque Isle Auto has for the customer. Although I hope to not need it, I will definitely be back.

They were very pleasant, although perhaps a little "rough around the edges," on the phone. They were able to get me in rather quickly. The price of the detailing job was a little steep, but I had a sense that these people knew what they were doing., They didn't have a plethora of options, add-ons, or unnecessary services with which to be burdened. They have a drop slot for the keys so I left my vehicle and picked it up in the evening. The vehicle was immaculate when I picked it up. They were also very helpful by assembling my long, thought to be lost, valuables in a tidy spot for me reclaim. If you are looking to be greeted with Champagne and Crumpets whilst engaging in meaningless small-talk, you might try a beauty salon; however, if you want top-notch car detailing and don't mind paying for it then I recommend you give Dazzle a look-see.

Bought the dream car and owned it less than a month when the SAME THING happened -- distracted driver smashed the new car while it was parked in front of my house. I took the car to Platinum, where Eric fixed it to perfection. The car is metallic orange (Nissan's "monarch orange" paint) and I was worried that the paint wouldn't match exactly -- but the finished body work was EXCELLENT and the paint job is flawless! The car had been damaged once before I bought it, so Eric not onlyrepaired the "mistakes" the former mechanics had made, but restored my car to "like new" condition. I can't rave about Platinum Auto enough. They not only do amazing work, but they're good, honest, decent people as well. Best body shop in Erie, in my opinion!
