And I am not being told AFTER the procedure, that I owe 2,000 more than what they originally told me. I overpaid 700 and now they want another 1300. I would never have gotten this procedure if I had known. You do not advise someone to make a medical decision and then turn around and extort them for money. I honestly feel like I got conned.

This office will advertise that they specialize in care of special needs kids... having different…read moreorganizations advertise for them only for me and some other parents to discover that they charge a service fee of "behavior management " ranging btw $120-$150 (depending on if insurance covers). It was absolutely disgusting to learn of this, they claimed it was because they used special vests on my son, which they didn't. Then, they changed the story and said it's because a doctor has to do the cleaning. The clinic will not listen to what works in the individual child rather they just do baby talk and say that they specialize in caring for patients w/special needs. As if us parents w/special needs kids don't go through enough, they feel the need to upcharge, frankly is discriminatory pricing. Then the doctor had the nerve to tell me it's in the plan of care, it is not, after the receipt is sent they will have it on there, not when u initially review the plan (another sneaky way of adding charges). Parents beware and ask these ppl up front if any "special" charges.

Mt daughter needed a filling and they basically told her to stop being a baby and just suck it up all the while refusing to come get me to help calm her down. When my daughter told me of her treatment and I confronted the staff, they could have cared less and blamed my 7 yr old daughter for "being a baby". I also have a special needs son. They claimed to be trained in dealing with special needs children. Their idea of "training" was to strap my child down with a papoos board and force his mouth open. I heard him crying and forced my way back. We left and have never looked back. I would NEVER recommend this shame of a place to anyone.
