Jeremy and Salvador were amazing captain and first mate on Friday. Even when they had to make the tough call to cancel our parasailing due to weather. We were give the option to get a refund or reschedule. Plus we got some bonus dolphin watching on our way back to the marina. When we were rescheduled to parasail on Saturday, Lee and Salvador took great care of us. They were funny, the music on the boat was great. Everyone had an amazing time with these guys. This will definitely be an adventure we will do again! read more

This place sucked twice! We rented a pontoon online a month in advance for the afternoon, 4 hrs @ $500! Prior to our boat rental on Friday we dropped in in on Tuesday a got a same day sea doo rental for 2 hrs. We get there and told us it was only 1 he . We came back today, Friday, for our pontoon rental and waited on the dock for 1.5 hrs. No boat showed up, conflicting stories from the workers. Finally said screw it and cancelled the order. Extremely disappointing for us and our local friends. We will never use this company again. 0 stars read more

My wife booked a last minute parasailing session for our group of 11. They were able to accommodate us on short notice! We had family from all over (IL, TN, TX) with an age spread between 6 year old to 40s, and everyone universally agreed that this outing exceeded expectations!!!! Our captain and mate made every effort to keep everyone happy (wish I remember their names, it was the 2p session 6/14/21). The only limitation was the age limit (I think minimum age 5?), so my wife had to stay aground with my 3yr old son (who's too young to go) while we had fun lol. I went parasailing with Destin Parasailing while we were in FL. What an AMAZING adventure this was. The views were incredible and just breath taking. We got got going and the captain was so much fun. The whole crew was fun! They made us feel really comfortable and completely at ease. They told us we could go one at a time or up to 3 people at a time which was really need to get to share the awesome views of marine life. We saw dolphins, schools of fish and just amazing blue green water. They "fly" a number of areas including the Gulf of Mexico where the views are amazing. All in all the one hour boat ride was awesome you can take 12 of your friends and have an amazing time for really not that expensive! I was really thrilled at how awesome the packages were. They also had picture and video packaging available for killer pricing too. If you're in Florida and you want to have a great time, seriously make time to go parasailing. It was my first time parasailing, and it was really fun! The water in Destin is beautiful and clear. We saw some dolphin pods from above. Parasailing is totally not an extreme sport, or whatever you want to call it. It's very relaxing just floating up in the air with the hubs. The boat crew was really fun and laid back. They'll ask you whether you want to be dipped in the water on the way down. Do it, it's fun. You can even bring your camera or cellphone up with you to take pictures, which captures more memories. The place was a little hard to find. They're actually a stand at the dock, so you have to pull in towards to back & park in order to find it. But you can always call for directions. Tip is not included in price, so be sure to have some cash on hand for the crew. read more

I would highly recommend parasailing with these guys! Our whole experience was fantastic! They were easy to book with and easy to get checked in. Our crew was awesome and helpful. They were laid back and made the experience super enjoyable. We had a smooth ride and they dipped our feet in the water on our way in. That's your choice though, you don't have to. We paid $20 (or maybe $25?) for the photo package. SO WORTH IT! We received an SD card with 38 pictures on it of us going out & coming back in. That was way better than risking taking a cell phone up and dropping it. While riding the boat we got to see so many Dolphins! The boat ride/sight seeing was awesome! We were checking out fishing charters along the Harborwalk during our recent visit to Destin and happened across Destin Water Fun and the owner Mike. We didn't rent one that day, but did rent from Mike a few days later, after researching seemingly every other pontoon boat rental outfit in Destin. It seemed like all of the other rental outfits only allow you to rent within their predetermined 4-hour windows (usually 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm), neither of which worked for my family. On top of that, we couldn't find any that would permit towing of tubes behind the boat. Thankfully Destin water fun was flexible with times and we were able to go out from 11am-3pm. We showed up shortly before 11am to fill out paperwork and were on the water in no time. The boat we rented looked almost brand new - especially when compared to some of the boats we saw on the water from many of the other rental outfits. Many thanks to Mike and Destin Water Fun. Boating, tubing and playing in the bay and Crab Island were the highlights of my family's trip. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in renting a pontoon boat in Destin. read more

I was in Destin with friends and we wanted to rent a pontoon boat for a day. However, every charter place in Destin was difficult to get a hold of or asked for too much money. Mike was great to work with and very easy to get in touch with. His boats are all clean and he does his best to make you feel comfortable and make sure you have the best experience possible. Mike did all he could to make sure our times and needs were met. We showed up and were on a boat in a matter of 20 minutes. Will definitely use again next time I'm in Destin! read more

STOP!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE DESTIN PARASAILING!!!!!!!!!!!! I rented a boat to go out to crab island for the day on 7/21. Our rental was scheduled for 2pm-6pm. First we showed up early (1:30) as instructed to be greeted by a very unhappy girl working the counter. She instructed us as to what was needed. We followed and moved along, but by the time we waited and her attitude it was 2:20 by the time she ran my card. (I have the receipt) Once we went to get our boat we were told to wait that the boat for us was still out and that it would be back soon. well 20 minutes later we boarded our boat to leave and then had a 10 instruction from a nice and funny guy that drove us around the marina and let us go. He told us we could be back by 6:30 due to their delays. That was as late as possible. We brought coolers, extra water and beer for the trip. When loading the staff grabbed these things and stored them under a seat cushion on the boat so we would have more room. Great, but... Had a great day at crab island. Got back and we were hurried off the boat as we were last in and the staff was eager to get off work. One commented he cold beer was waiting at the old bar next door. Ok. We got off and left. Didn't realize we left items on board. And we only got 3hrs of a 4hr trip we paid for. It's $400 at trip so we got cheated an hour and left items aboard. After realizing our mistake, I called the main number and no one answered. Called multiple times and assumed they were already gone. The next morning I called before opening to try and catch them before the first group. No answer all morning. Finally about noon I got the Ft Walton office. They said they would call management and have them call me to get our items back. I waited an hour and called every 30 mins until I got someone live. I was told they would find them and they would call. After 2hr I called back and a woman claiming to be the manager answered and said they didn't have the items. She was rude and unapologetic! Total turd! When I asked for her to talk the the crew guy that helped us and checked us back in, she HUNG UP ON ME! I called back a few times with no answer. So, I am putting this out to let you know to NOT USE this company. They were Rude, no sense of urgency to help a customer (many customers checking in were pissed) and no help to recover our personal property left in their care. I will never use this company again. I advise you to do the same. Use a company that wants to earn your business. Everyone has a choice. Choose good people and do not reward bad behavior. read more

We showed up before 5:50 and were told that they were waiting on the 6:00 people to show up and they weren't sure they would be able to take us. Good times. Would have went with Five Stars but only one person working check-in desk, a little crowded and busy. Not too long though. Assistant helping with jet ski was friendly and helpful. One hour was long enough for us bc of how choppy the bay and gulf were. Had to stay closer to land to not get too beat up. 14 year old son loved it. Probably not good for kids under 10 years of age. My husband and I took our two young daughters parasailing and we had an amazing time. The captain and Kyle made them both very comfortable and assured them they would have fun. As an experienced boater and avid traveler, I highly recommend Destin Water Fun for quality watercraft, great pricing, and excellent personal attention. My daughters and I, along with my daughter's fiancé were in Destin for my youngest's 21st birthday. I had called around to several places to rent a pontoon and jet skis. Destin Water Fun, owner Michael, gave us the best deal and we could do one on one day and one the next. I called when we got there and traffic was horrible on the main road. He provided better directions and told us not to worry. He was friendly, ensured all safety and age requirements were met. The equipment was top notch and he provided excellent instructions on use. The next dat was the same.. Minus the directions! The boat was too notch. Even though be was aware I was an experienced boater he still provided instructions and again, the local waterway information. He inspected the boat with me, which also has USCG inspection certification, which he voluntarily requested on his watercraft. USCG boarded us as part of a random operation in anticipation of Fourth of July weekend. The USCG were friendly and found the boat in excellent condition. They inspected even with the cert sticker per policy for that operation. The reason for the owner to have gone that extra mile to get his boat certified was to ensure the safety of passengers and limit boarding since it takes away from charter time. This was just one of those days.. But it didn't take long because the owner pointed out everything to me beforehand, such as registration. It was a fabulous time.
