While the day went smooth, my hair was simply not styled to withstand the day of my wedding leaving me with a messy mop on the back of my head in many of my wedding photos. The bun was delicately put together, making it difficult to fix on our own when pieces started coming out. My hair stylist was aware of our plans to take beach photos and I wish that this would have been taking into account when creating my bun to ensure my style would last throughout the day. Instead I look back on my wedding photos disappointed to look so disheveled in photos that were only taken a short time after my ceremony. All the bridesmaids used them for hair and make up for a destination wedding we came for in Destin. It speaks volumes when you pay to get your make up done and then have to fix it just so that you don't look horrible walking down the aisle. All 10 of us had to redo/fix our make up. I'm not sure if they just couldn't handle the volume or were sleepy because it was very very early in the morning but we had people that had eyelashes coming off, incomplete eyeshadow, incomplete linear, etc. I do not expect a professional company to not be on point with their make up regardless of the age of the people getting their make up done. There was an excuse for anything we said. The hair wasn't as bad as the make up but the main person definitely had an attitude which just put an additional bitter taste in our mouth. Not sure if it was too early of time for them and they hadn't had any coffee or maybe there was some lack of communication or even bad lighting but overall we didn't have a great experience and were all unhappy overall with our looks. Maybe under different circumstances it would have been better. I would suggest being very specific with expectations ahead of time to avoid having an experience like ours. read more

I can't express how much I love Brittany! Although I can't speak for her other stylists, she was a blast to spend the day with. I was the bride of 8 people who got their hair done and two people who got makeup done. She was talkative, fun, and really made you feel comfortable. I didn't end up getting exactly the hair I ORIGINALLY wanted because Brittany gave me her very professional opinion about the windy day. After taking a look at my Pinterest board for wedding hair, we collaboratively came up with something that would work for the weather, AND I LOVED IT! Brittany and her team are INCREDIBLE! I can't speak highly enough about them. Brittany did my bridal hair and makeup for my wedding on 10/14/2022 at the Emerald Grande. She also did hair for my bridesmaids, mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law. Leslie did all of their makeup, along with false lashes. Everyone was extremely happy with how it turned out. They were punctual, incredibly friendly, and listened to exactly what everyone wanted while kindly and honestly giving their opinions when asked. I was really nervous about my makeup staying on well all day, along with my hair staying in place...given the fact that our ceremony was outside in Destin. I was blown away by how perfect everything stayed on and how fresh it looked until I literally took it off at the end of the night. I'm not a confrontational person and usually find it awkward or I feel rude to tell someone if I don't like something or want something changed. Brittany made me feel so comfortable and let me give her my honest opinion about everything...which was wonderful, even though I truly didn't want to change a thing. I had the pleasure of working with Brittany this past week! I got married during a hurricane on the beach and was unable to get several of the traditional wedding photos.
