I tried for days to get in to any dentist and hit a brick wall at every turn. I called Walton Dental on Friday and explained the situation and although full, they graciously squeezed me in. They were so incredibly kind and understanding and made sure I was taken care of and followed up to make sure the referral went through! They are AMAZING!!!!! I called Dr. Sutherland's office and they were able to fit me in today! The doctor was thorough, checking my dental history and general health profile. Then he proceeded to re-cement my crown. He was professional but also friendly and interactive. So was the rest of the staff. I felt immediately comfortable when I met him. (I am dental phobic.) I didn't get much information about what a good plan would be. Never any talk of how to proceed in the most cost effective way. The hygienist was terrible. I asked her to please take her time and don't worry about hurting me. A good cleaning is more important that a few minutes of discomfort. She was finished in about 5 minutes. It felt like they wanted to get rid of me, so I will oblige them. The receptionist was wonderful.
