Don't waste your money on the automatic car wash. It does a poor job. The manual car wash works ok. The whole car wash is dilapidated and could use a major overhaul. Thankfully, a real car wash is coming to Arcadia soon. read more

I unfortunately have to give this business a low rating. I like to wash my car often. Especially when I get back from traveling/work. This review is only for self wash. 4 bays total. For the last several months you cannot use filtered water to do your final rinse. I have tried different bays. Still nothing. I would recommend bringing a way to dry your care right after. Otherwise spots. Drive through. You have 2 to choose from. Automated spray and brush style. Overall a bit expensive. But appears you can get a filters final rinse . Overall given cost, better management should be considered. read more

To start off, the soap on the drive thru wash is pointed up at the ceiling so the soap was only on the right side of the vehicle and as the water was being sprayed to rinse the vehicle, soap dripped back down on it. the water didn't even get all the soap off of the car. we then pulled into the manual wash to rinse the car off completely. When we went to use the blow dryer, it had no pressure to it whatsoever. A hair dryer would've done a better job. worst car wash ever. wasted our money. read more

Worst car wash ive been to. Used the coin wash. Put in $5. First i used the foaming wash. Didnt even appear to have any soap in it. Added quarters and only got like 25 seconds extra. Kept running out of time. After $8 in quarters i had a minute left. Always finish with spot free rinse. It barely dribbled out anything. Left with everything spotty. I highly recommend finding another car wash. This place is the worst. read more

This is the worst car wash ever!!! NO SOAP Almost Every Time Brushes never work there's never any clearcoat this is for the automatic Wash worst ever always broken down to. The the blowers don't work nothing works. No soap comes out. This place should be shut down and it is the only one in Arcadia actually sad that this is the only one and it's always tacky and not working properly almost every time I go I only use this because I can no longer wash my car by hand and it's the only one in their town so now I have to go out of town for a good car . If you want a good car wash at this place, use the drive in spots where you physically have to wash your car. The automatic brush drive in does a lousy job since the brushes are old and missing lots of bristles. The attached photo was taken today after I paid for a $9.00 wash job. I would give no stars but they won't allow it. I went today and paid $14 for a wash I didn't receive. Literally pulled my car in, it spent 15 seconds spraying my car then prompted me to exit. An elderly gentleman advised me the same happened to him and that he was upset no one was onsite nor is there any contact information to raise any concerns. Don't waste your money. 05/29/22 No voice commands on the brushless wash! Swiped my car twice because I thought the first time didn't work. Second time, noticed at the entrance, the sign said enter car wash! I checked my credit card a couple days later & I have been charged $12.00 (charged twice for the $6.00 one!) Called the number 494-1044 as listed on website and it rings & rings. No one answers & no way to leave a message. Went by the car wash, stopped & took note of the number displayed on the building, 941-451-7627 & it doesn't even ring! No attendant & no customers in sight on 06/02/22! Would like a refund of $6.00 or a code for next wash! read more

Used my card to use pressure washer, and stopped it at $5 and charged my card $20. Tried to call them multiple times with no answer.

If we were able to leave a zero for the business I would. We were there on 6/14/22 paid for $14.00 for the wash. Entered the wash it never gave us a sign to stop so the wash could start. We backed up several times and nothing. Drove around to the box again and still saying to enter the car wash. Again nothing. We had so many love bugs we decided to try the bay on the other side. Paid $10.00 for that and it worked. Noticed on my card I had been charged $24.00 for washes. Tired as some have before to contact the business with no response. Phone rings and rings with no answer and then just disconnects. we have emailed them twice also with no response. We don't live in Arcadia so it's difficult to stop by and discuss this with anyone. We need our $14.00 back. Reading all the other reviews it looks like that won't happen. If you're in Arcadia and need a car wash DO NOT GO TO DESOTO AUTO WASH. Only half as good as others, literally. I stopped for an automatic wash, inserted my 10 bucks, and entered the wash. Only half of the brushes worked, leaving me with a vehicle half clean. I called the number listed on the building and left a message with two return numbers. NO response. I won't go back. read more
