More consistency will be nice. Overall, I only have minor issues with their therapists, but their business practice left a bitter taste in my mouth. Did you know that when they put heat pad on you, that is actually part of your treatment time? For a 30 minutes session, you paid $10 to have someone put heat pad on you for 5 minutes. They don't tell you about it either. They claim on Mar 1, 2018, they will stop employing this practice, and have 1 on 1 for the full amount of time, but on Mar 1, 2018, they will also hike their price by 20%! I have never been to clinic that charge you full price for warming you up. You either go 5 minutes early and have heat pad apply to you, or they work on your other area while you are lying on the heat pad. Not Evolution Sport Therapy! You are being charged full price for having heat pad apply to you, and you just lie there. Or, if you look at it the other way, your 30 minutes session is actually 25 minutes session. I feel cheated. The new rate is $130-$150 per hour, and my insurance company will not cover it. They charged more than chiropractors, which require doctoral-level study. I think they are over-priced. I also think it's unfair for Jonathan to charge more than other therapist in the same clinic. Does that mean he's better? A lot of the therapists are not getting their schedule filled, while the owner, Jonathan's schedule is filled for months ahead. Something is not right. Either Jonathan is not supporting his therapists, or he's much better than other therapists. I see poor business practice here. I wish athletic therapy become more common, so business like this cannot overcharge their patients, and athletic therapists have access to more patients through their clinics. Before going to this clinic, you may want to ask yourself: How much your insurance company will cover? Do you have athletic injuries? Do you have spare money for 15 to 20 sessions? Are the location convenient to you? Is there similar options out there for better price? For me, I will look else where.

I, too, wanted to give them a try as well due to the reviews. I checked out their website for further info. They do not use the "janeapp" website for appointment booking, which would have saved me a lot of time and gave us patients a lot of convenience. They also do not have their service prices listed anywhere. I called them a couple of times but nobody ever answered. I even left a VM once and never got a call back. I also filled out their online forum to request an appointment hoping that someone would call me and I can ask for more info. I didn't even get a call back nor an email response. The website asks us to call them if we required more info... how can I get more information if they never even pick up the phone or return voicemails? This was a couple of weeks ago and I ended up going elsewhere. Also, just my own opinion here: almost all of the paramedical practitioners I go to have prices posted online. Everything is visible and clear. So what is with them not posting anything? If you don't want to post, then please be more responsive??

Darren came highly recommended by a fellow coworker. Darren and his assistant, Shireen, were truly amazing in getting my hands particularly (and rest of me) all healed up. I really enjoyed going in for my treatments and interacting with both of them. My very favourite part was using the paraffin wax for my hands, so girly. That was just an added bonus to going to this particular clinic and getting Darren as my physiotherapist! I was so lucky and I absolutely recommend this man to anyone that needs a great physiotherapist.

I was suffering vertigo from dental work (search "The Connection Between Vertigo and Teeth" on google). I was shocked, because I never had vertigo ever in my life - I dance, play ping pong, swim and do beginner Yoga, so I'm someone with good health. I was confused thinking, "How could this happen to me?" I was extremely dizzy and had vomiting from the severe nausea the day after my root canal was done. Every time I moved or turned my head, the room would spin. It was awful and I could barely walk, move or even do basic functions like put on a t-shirt, because it triggered episodes of severe vertigo. I tried the Epley maneuver on Youtube and made myself much much worse. A few hours later, I attempted it again and seemed to be better. I decided to see a professional for safety and to get a proper assessment. I searched on google for "vertigo physiotherapy" and found Cambie Physiotherapy with 242 positive Google reviews and booked with them. Tarunbeer Kang was my physiotherapist. He was very thorough, professional and very experienced about vertigo and its causes. I wasn't super dizzy by the time I visited the clinic, I was more on the moderately-dizzy side. He performed exercises and manuevers and by the end of the appointment, I started to feel better. About an hour in, I was feeling really really good. It felt like 50% of my vertigo was gone. I wasn't cured, but I could walk fast without spinning and nausea. PS, I suggest if you have vertigo and feel better after a session, bring/wear a neck brace right after to keep your head in the proper position. After the first session with Tarunbeer, I felt so good that I went shopping and later, I accidentally tilted/angled my head too low looking at a product on a low shelf at the shop, and BOOM, all my vertigo instantly rushed back and I collapsed on the floor from the sheer dizziness. I undid all his good work from that, so keep your head propped with a neck brace so you don't undo your healing. I will continue with the clinic until I feel better fully one day. I think even if I fully heal from vertigo, I'd like to continue on for other stuff like how to have a better posture, avoid a stiff neck/back and just general stuff to keep my muscles and joints healthy long-term. I highly recommend this clinic to see Tarunbeer if you are suffering from vertigo.
