The worst customer service EVER. Doesn't even deserve one star.
My story. I was going to buy a backpack on a sale. The start price was €79,95. On the sale it was €56 or something and I had an additional discount of 10% (it was my first purchase). So, my final price was €50,37. It was a very good price. I came to a shop in Mall of Berlin to see the backpack and buy it. The backpack was there but in a different color from what I wanted. So, a shop assistant suggested to me make an delivery order right in the shop. I could pay in the shop and recieve the backpack at home. Super, I though, but I didn't know what happened next.
So, I made the order and started to wait for my delivery. Two days later I recieved an e-mail, that my backpack was sent. The week later I started worrying about my delivery and checked a track number. And... I found out that my backpack was returned to the sender. And I didn't recieve any, ANY e-mails or calls about that .
I tried to call Customer Service but I couldn't do it. So I wrote an e-mail. The response was "Unfortunately your order was return to sender due to an error in transit". Hmmm... I wrote, that I didn't want my money back, I wanted my backpack, and I've asked to resend it to me (at the end, what can be more cool, If your customer wants your items and not a refund?) By that time I'd moved already, so, I asked to send it to my new address. Finally, what I recieved? In short: No, we were going to refund.
So, I've sent a few e-mails but didn't find any success. Although in the one of the e-mails the customer service told me that I could repurchase my backpack. But how? Because the sale had ended, as well as my personal discount. And the backpack's price went up to €79,95 again. I asked the customer service this question. And they gave to me an answer: "If you wish to repurchase the item you would need to do so at full price". And that's all.
Why do I have to buy the backpack at full price? The transit error wasn't my fault. It looks like they did it on purpose. And they didn't even suggest me to save my personal discount for my first purchase (I didn't end up buying anything!). It is the worst customer service, I will never buy ANYTHING in this shop again.
So, now, I understand, why this shop was closed in some countries. Because people don't like that kind of service.
