And Alexis, the girl who put my new one on, was the cutest girl ever and put so much effort into making me feel heard and making sure my bracelet was on super strong this time lol. So impressed!! My ring was custom made from out of state and we were really worried about the ring getting damaged or it not looking seamless afterwards! Gary was very honest about it potentially not being "perfect" (which I appreciate the honesty!! I also knew it could take a bit of a different shape). I really appreciated him setting expectations. However, not only did Gary resize it SAME DAY but it was absolutely PERFECT, cleaned, polished, perfectly sized and everything I could have hoped for! He handled it with such care and I had to hold back tears putting the perfectly fit engagement ring back on my finger! Avoid This Jeweler - Rude and Unprofessional…read more Do not do business with this jeweler. Their service is not only terrible but also insulting. My husband dropped off two chains for repair several months ago and never received an update. After multiple unanswered calls and messages, he finally realized the jeweler had written down his contact information incorrectly. I called to check if the store was open so I could pick up the repaired chains for my husband, and the owner was immediately rude and defensive. He refused to do business with me simply because I was a woman, repeatedly insisting on speaking with my husband instead--even though I was just there to pick up and pay for the chains. To make matters worse, he tried to overcharge me beyond the agreed price. While I was willing to pay the original cost, the additional charge seemed unfair. The final insult? He actually asked me if I could read English. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
