I understand these things may happen, but I was angered by the very poor response from FTD which does not share information on the florist fulfilling the order. After arguing with FTD and complaining online and to my credit card, I got a lovely call from Bloom Boutique owner and he made things right. The flowers were replaced and they were very high quality. I give them all the credit in the world for trying to rectify a mistake and not hiding behind FTD and their non-existent customer service. The gentleman called me early Monday morning to try and figure out what went wrong and immediately corrected the situation. I will order again from Bloom Boutique, but not through FTD. Call the florist directly. This shop seems to do wonderful arrangements in their area.
