They are a family owned and operated business of at least three generations (plus dogs!) and they design and make most of their original jewelry. I used them to resize a family heirloom ring, and was a bit nervous to leave such a treasured piece with stragers - they put me at ease! The repair was done quickly (much faster than promised) and it looks great!

This was due to the laser technology used to meld pieces of gold together, rather than soldering or similar. The ring was also polished up to look like new. This alone would be enough to give 5 stars, but Todd, the owner, showed much consideration towards me because it was my wedding ring. Something that my wife, when I told her about it, described as life-affirming. It's rare enough to have skilled, competent craftsmanship these days; add in the care and kindness shown towards me, and this rating should be well above 5 stars, but that's all I can give.

I took them to Goldline and asked if they could make a ring out of them. Anya said "of course". I told her I would bring the diamond when I recieved it. A week later, I took the diamond in and Mark showed me the CAD drawing of my ring. I was totally thrilled at the design. A week or so later, I picked up my new birthday present. The design is spectacular, the band of the ring is thicker than anything I've ever worn, and the stones look balanced and beautiful together. Mark is an awsome jeweler, Harold told me how to take care of the ring as the tsavorites are softer than most stones, and Anya is a fantasic customer serivce person.
