Job#2: At one of my rental homes, we had frozen pipes due to poor insulation in the unfinished area of the basement. From the start of the project working with President - Brian Gergen, to the day to day communication with Project Manager - Josh Dahl, the support staff and sub-contractors, all the way to the finished project, we had a great experience. Everything went incredibly smooth. It was our first time using a contractor for a major home project so naturally we were a little skeptical. The communication and responsiveness to executing our requests was outstanding. Any issues that came up were quickly remedied and handled appropriately. We debated on taking on this project ourselves however quickly realized out timeline would get pushed way out. We spoke with several contractors, but could not have been more happy with our decision to go with Bellepar. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering any major home projects.

From the start of our bathroom renovation project, expectations were clearly explained and the team communicated every step of the process. Noel and Samantha both went above and beyond throughout the entire home remodeling project. During demolition, the scope of our bathroom renovation increased due to underlying issues. Instead of doing quick patchwork, the team made sure everything was restored properly and to a high standard. They replaced the subfloor, handled structural improvements, and ensured the foundation of the bathroom was solid before moving forward. The tile installation and tile work turned out absolutely stunning - same with the flooring. Noel also pointed out several design details that made the finished custom bathroom remodel look intentional and high-end rather than like an afterthought. From start to finish, the quality, communication, and professionalism exceeded our expectations. If you need a trustworthy bathroom remodeling company that truly cares about the final result, Jenney Construction is an excellent choice.

The edge near the curb is not flush, and it looks noticeably uneven and unprofessional. We reached out and had someone from the company come take a look. Unfortunately, they dismissed our concerns and told us not to focus on it, which was frustrating given the significant investment we made. Clear communication and attention to detail are important, especially for a project of this cost and visibility. The crew was courteous and respectful throughout the job, which we appreciated. However, the lack of communication regarding the final finish--particularly the curb edge--was disappointing. Had we been informed ahead of time that it wouldn't be flush, we could have addressed it before completion. Once the job was finished, it felt like follow-up and customer satisfaction were no longer a priority.
