I liked the very good selection of branded clothing, low prices. The location is only not very good, but the parking is convenient

I wanted to try a couple shoes, so I saw someone and asked them for help. They sort of nodded and I understood they were sending someone over. Soon, a female assistant approached. she: [something in German I assumed to be "hi, do you need help?" but was soon proven wrong] me: yes, I'd like to try these three shoes please she: [irritated] well, but if the ones I had were already good, why did I want to try those?!? ... me: uhhhhhh... oh, you mean that shoebox? [there was a shoebox next to us] That's not mine. she: WELL then why did you say yes when I asked you if those shoes were good? me: I don't speak German well enough, I didn't understand your question she: BUT HOW SHOULD I KNOW! It's not written on your forehead! At this point I was feeling a little insulted. I could've taken a deep breath and ignored her, but I felt quite humiliated, and felt like this wasn't right. She got super defensive, I asked her name, she said "oh no, you're being unfair! This is unfair!" covered up her name tag. I asked for a manager and she called the fucking security guard! I wasn't talking normally but I also wasn't furious or anything, just obviously shocked and a bit scared to be honest. Meanwhile the security was up in my face, smiling. The manager showed up and instead of asking me what happened he asked HER and didn't let me speak. She was telling him the story as if I was mean to her because she talked to me in German, on the verge of tears! Whenever I tried to get any word in, the security guard started to literally tell me to shut up like this "SHHHHHHH." I said "excuse me? Who do you think you are to talk to me like this?" and he seemed to be itching to kick me out. I realized I wanted to leave. So I asked for the manager's name and what does he do? Covered up his name tag! I said I was leaving because I didn't want to spend my money there, so he told the security to follow after me. We were escorted out of the shop like criminals! Isn't that nice? Long story short, go somewhere else. Order online. Go to the Mitte store. Avoid this shithole at any cost. It's always packed and the service is generally awful anyway.

This store itself is beautiful and easy to navigate. They offer lots of cool services such as bra fitting and running gait analysis, but my favorite by far are the NTC Studio Classes. Unfortunately, the classes are only open to women; men can only participate in the running events. You have to sign up beforehand online and they fill up fast, probably because they are free. I have been to quite a few classes and they have (mostly) been excellent. The trainers seem really experienced and deliver a range of fun and effective workouts (but the workouts are in general best suited for those with a beginner/intermediate level of fitness). Also, they let you test out the latest models of nike shoes during the workout. The only catch is that you have to walk up three floors of product sensory overload to get to the studio room! Good luck with not being tempted to buy anything...

In that the same jeans that cost $250 before tax in America cost 109 Euro in Germany. A world of difference if you ask me. So it's easily understandable why I had to practice huge amounts of self-control in this store. Although luckily, my size (which is unique in some places) was not readily available in the styles I wanted here. So my wallet didn't suffer too much. However, I did stumble upon the cutest bag ever, which also happened to be on sale. Let's just say that I've been receiving tons of compliments on it ever since. That's one purchase I do not regret. As for the store itself, it's located in a lovely area of Berlin where shopping is the thing to do. If you ever find yourself in Ku'Damm and in need of some new jeans or even just cute accessories, it's worth checking out.

This mall has lots of shops, you can find such as Zara, H&M, Desigual, Karstadt fashion big brands. Also you can find a Saturn, and some restaurants and cofé. There are two different main entrances in this mall, one seem pretty boring, it make the mall just lack of personality. The other side which is near the Harry-Bresstau-Park. From there actually look pretty nice, I also like they interior design of the mall, it's really modern and simple. It has a really nice atmosphere here. For me, it seem to me actually not a bad place to shop at all. After that I could just sit here have a nice coffee and enjoy the nice atmosphere or just have a little walk inside the walk.
