This company { owner } Robert Harris offered a service that he couldn't provide. I reach out to him on June 8th to create a website paid the deposit on June 10th . Let me also note that he was recommended by someone he previously created a site for. He had given a discount due to this recommendation. He gave me a deadline of 14 days that the site would be completed, however he also stated during the creation process he would be reaching out to me to make sure he captured my vision for me site. I sent him over all content and information that he was requiring within the same day. In return he was suppose to be giving me updates I would call and never get him it was always we are in a staff meeting I would return your call so on certain occasion he would and I was constantly asking for the site info to finally on day 14 when the site was suppose to be completed he send over what he had created in which it wasn't anywhere toward the vision he and I discussed or geared toward my actual business or services I was providing. We spoke again and he knew how frustrated I was and he said that he would work on it over the weekend and would be in contact and for me to contact him, well I did... no answer at all! So I reached back out at this time we are 30 days in with no site and I asked to cancel the entire project and refund my deposit in WHICH HE AGREED, stating I would have it in a couple of days that was on July 13th. The person who referred me to him was now wanting to get involved because he stated to them that would do the return also. They have been contacting him and not getting a response and which now they are no longer going to do business with them. As of today July 25th still no refund no answer from this company at all. I have all documentation and email exchanges that occurred with this company for proof. WARNING PLEASE DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ROBERT HARRIS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND NOW FILING WITH SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO RECEIVE MY DEPOSIT-BACK OF 250.00 in which he stated would be processed and returned and I hadn't seen it yet. This guy stated I said some fail remarks to him , if so that has nothing to do with business in which the remarks where all do to what he stated he would do and didn't provide... so yes if that's what he call foul about my vision and my money I'm paying for a service . I WILL TAKE IT!

I called several custom T-shirt companies who all stated it would be a two week turnaround. In a panic I thought to search Yelp for other custom T-shirt companies in my area. I ran across Dream Life on Yelp, I called expecting to hear the same spill of not being able to complete my order on such short notice. Which would be totally understandable due to my procrastination and totally my fault. When I called Dream Life, I spoke to Jasmine an explained my situation. Jasmine asked me a few questions and urged me to send my logo and T-shirt information ASAP and she would be able to fulfill my order. Two days later Jasmine contacted me to pickup my order! straight up. this guy needs to go back to school. i purchased a laptop from this guy. after 10 days…read morei brought it back because it stopped working. when i brought it back, also brought an older computer to have it checked out. the older computer had an extra battery. he looked at it switched batteries to check out the older laptop. after he exchanged the broken laptop and helped putting the older laptop in the bag i had both laptops in and left. when i got home later i couldn't find the extra battery. i searched my car and the house. two weeks later i returned the 2nd laptop because it also stopped working. i returned and brought the laptop back and asked if i left the battery from the older laptop. he said, no. when i handed the 2nd laptop to him and he handed me the 3rd laptop. i took it home and charged it up only find out this 3rd computer wasn't working at all. i then took it to another repair store only find out that it didn't have a hard drive and the screws weren't even in the back of the 3rd computer. save yourself and good someplace else.

My wife started freaking out because I have not backed up the pc in over a year. "What about all our pictures of the kids? I could see the panic on her face. On Monday afternoon around 2:30, I called Midsouth PC repair. Scott answered on the second ring and quickly explained that it was probably just a power supply problem, but even if it was worse, he felt confident that he would be able to retrieve the contents of my hard drive. He told me that he would be able to be at my house by 5:30 but actually got there a little early. He quickly disassembled my unit and installed a new power supply. Wallah! I was back in business withing 4 hours of calling him. My wife is happy so I am good to go now. Thanks for the fast, courteous response and the professional service that you provided.
