You can tell by just looking at their website that they have a very talented group of members who have designed many iconic structures here in Omaha that we know and love so well. some examples of their work include that beautiful glass library on Dodge that belongs to the University of Nebraska Omaha, Slowdown, Filmstreams, and Dixie Quicks to name a few. The look inside of their office I also love!!!! It's very clean, modern, and simple yet enticing and a creative workspace to be in. About 3/4 of the store is devoted to items the average home cook wouldn't even dream of buying: industrial-grade ovens, huge refrigeration units, restaurant dishwashers, etc. But the remaining quarter of the store is full of high-quality, sturdy and relatively inexpensive cookware, knives, kitchen gadgets, dishes and flatware. Their prices are usually very good, like a dozen pieces of stainless steel flatware for around $2-3, or an 18 inch wooden pepper grinder for $30 (sold in consumer-oriented stores for around $75). Their one downside is they seem to have a problem keeping product in stock. Several times I've gone there looking for a particular item, and I can find the tag on the shelf, but there's nothing there.
