I can't believe people are happy with the store, they are deceptive they are ridiculously expensive and the service is marginal. I asked for a receipt three times and was ignored and found out why when I finally got the receipt I was charged $120 for a "bundle" which Robert tried to convince me was a great price. They charged 40.00 for a charging cord that costs 11.99 at target and the rest of the necessary accessories were 3x the price everywhere else. He took advantage of me because I was using a corporate credit card and thought I wouldn't care. Do not go to the store and buy anything. I will report them to Verizon and bbb not that it will matter but I would like to save others from this headache.

In March 2018, a new Verizon opened in the Avenues Mall (upper level, next to Ruby Tuesday) near our home. It has proved to be the best retail experience by far for our wireless communication needs. As 60-somethings, who can require extra education and patience where technology is concerned, we sincerely appreciate this. Five-star rating for Verizon at Avenues Mall.
