The bank is great! I have been a member for the last few years and have had zero issues! Would recommend.

I have been with Alta One for about 25 years and I don't have anything bad to say about them…read more I've had a car loan through them and the contract agreement was fair and had a low interest rate. I also have a credit card with good terms and low payment amounts. Their fraud protection is good, and their customer service is as well. I did recently have an issue with the Elevate rewards department, in which my gift card points were lost, and my redemption code didn't work. It took some time to resolve but with the help of Lori Reeves, who works with Alta One's CEO, I was able to fix the problem. She took the time to investigate the matter and then restored my points to me. I'm very happy with the effort they made to restore my faith in their institution.

My husband's family has been a member since it went by a different name. Mother in law is 4 digits…read more Husband is 5 digits, I believe. They've been there when we needed them even though we're not in Ridgecrest. They've had our HELOC and financed vehicles. I've always been able to pick up the phone and talk to someone. Recently, my mother in law asked us to take over paying her bills. We went down and on a Saturday after Veteran's Day (which had also been a payday) we arrived at the main office in Ridgecrest and were able to meet with Brittney right away. She was able to help us figure out some issues and get the ball rolling. I knew it wasn't going to be one and done. The lines were long for the tellers because people were cashing checks. Everyone I saw working there hustled and had a smile on their face. We needed to call support with my mother in law on the line to get the online access going. her account was so old and had been set up to work with the trust. Things you don't want to know, I know. But support was helpful and things are moving forward. I have a firm belief that they'll be able to help us when we need it.
