The staff is very friendly and helpful! Beds and rooms are always clean! I started using the red light therapy and love it, even got my husband coming with me. read more

Staff is great!!! Bed bulb frequency sucks. I wish I had more choices. But what do you do in Aberdeen

I got great and fast service, at a wonderful price. The facility was clean and comfortable.

This place is horrible! The manager is not friendly or welcoming. Constantly rolling her eyes and acting irritated with customers. The store is overall clean, but the beds are never clean when I come in. Lotion prints are always left on beds, the walls, and mirrors. I switched to tan republic! read more

Once again arrived BEFORE closing and tried to tan. It should be noted, I have nothing against the young man working he is the reason for the 4 stars. This time I was told he was under 18 and cant stay open past closing. Desert Tan, seriously why would you schedule a 17 year old to close (assuming I was not lied to) knowing he/she cannot conduct business after closing? I will not address my concerns with the manager at your Aberdeen location. She/he is actually the problem. Would love to speak to someone actually in charge, not the kid who just happens to be the longest one there.. read more

Great place! Great customer support! Just don't like the lower employee that's rude to the customers and is disrespectful. Great management tho! read more

I have been a desert sun member for quite some time, but I canceled my membership last week because the management has gone downhill. The manager (blonde girl) is so disrespectful when people come in. She starts off sweet and welcoming but once you don't want to purchase from her she becomes short and rude. I came in during the anniversary sale, and she told me about the sale and I said not right now, thank you though, she immediately became short with me and rolled her eyes, and rudely asked what bed I wanted. When I went to leave she very sarcastically told me "have a good day!" read more

Taylor was really accommodating even though prices are a little pricey compared to other salons that I enjoy my experience at everything was going great than another employee must have came in to help close an her name was Kenzie once she arrived the vibe went a different route I was just about finish with what I thought was included in my package that I purchased with my boyfriend all of the sudden we we're about to leave an was intruded in mid tan or interrupted complaining about how my service dog ( 4 month old Pomeranian ) was not aloud to be with me in a back pack that is to young to leave in the car i felt like a nuisance an started having anxiety which is what my service dog is for ultimately I loved Taylor had no issues made me feel like being a tourist trying out a new tanning place was great than I felt attacked from Kenzie demanding to see his paperwork which I have no problem showing. i will most likely email them with the paperwork I would have brought them, but giving the fact that I just got off a flight from alaska an just wanted a quick tan I didn't come prepared so yea that was my first welcoming/ un welcoming experience. read more

We miss Brit! Our favorite tan salon is not the same without her! We also noticed recently that the bulbs are burnt out and not strong in the Gold beds...friendly staff in great location, but upkeep and maintenance of equipment necessary, especially since we go a lot! read more

I started a membership in February of this year. I was tanning & doing red light therapy, both of which were great. However, I tried the body wrap for the first time. After about 10 minutes, it was too hot. The worker came in & apologized saying that she forgot to check the heat setting & the previous client must've turned it up. She turned it down & a few minutes later I asked to get out because it hurt me. The next week was absolutely awful!! I was burned so badly from the wrap that it hurt to wear clothes. I spoke to the manager & was offered two free months, which I was okay with. A few months later, I go to the doctor for a separate issue & she asks me what happened to my back. It turns out that the wrap incident permanently scarred me!! I called & left a message for the manager & have heard nothing back. I didn't want anything but an apology, but now I'm truly upset that I wasn't even acknowledged & I have a huge scar across my damn back! After months of waiting the owner finally contacted me. I was assured that staff training would take place & was given a small monetary reimbursement. I am still permanently physically scarred from this event but I'm glad the owner attempted to rectify the situation. read more

I visited this location while in town for a few days and had purchased a spray tan through a really great special. It was clean, organized, and well staffed. The tan turned out great- best one I have ever had, in fact! Will definitely stop in again! read more

One of the Best I seen!! I am a current customer at desert sun and this one is the best one I have seen so far. The place is spotless, beautiful design, has a feeling of a spa place. The customer service was great, very friendly. I asked some questions about lotions and girls were very helpful. I wish this place was closer to me. read more
