I have a pretty complicated underlying health situation, and the NP listened carefully and we agreed on a prescription that I felt was reasonable to try, given my circumstances.

Because I had an injury to the tip of one of my fingers that was pretty bad and now it's been less than a week since they applied the treatment (pressure bandage and splint in my case, thankfully no stitches needed) and I can type without pain. The woman who treated me was great! She had a great demeanor and approach, made me feel comfortable that she would be able to take care of my injury, and did the analysis and treatment effectively and pleasantly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that several staff were trying to locate supplies, having recently transitioned from a different medical services company at this same location, either not being fully stocked, or staff not being able to find the necessary supplies. But it all worked out just fine and I would definitely go back for urgent care.

I was trying to get to see another doctor but was then randomly called several months after scheduling my appointment with that doctor to be told that she is not accepting new patients. So I was instead scheduled with Dr. Rodriguez, as she had an immediate opening, so I took it. Check-in was simple and can be done online or in person. For the appointment itself, the doctor was late by about 20 mins. Once she arrived, we discussed my issues, and then she went through a checklist of various tests and things, asking when the last time was when I had those done. She checked a bunch of things off as we went through and then eventually ordered an abdominal ultrasound, blood and urine samples, and provided a referral to a dermatologist and my OBGYN. I did not want referrals for other doctors, so I didn't like that too much. I've already established my OBGYN, and I am not interested in visiting a dermatologist at this time. I wanted to focus on the issue at hand, so I didn't appreciate that part of the visit. Overall, though, she was knowledgeable and was able to put a rush on the tests that were ordered. I think going forward, as long as she is not too pushy with referrals all the time, I'll keep seeing her for the time being.

I lost my only child almost 5 years ago. I struggle falling asleep every night. After trying many medications, Xanax was the only thing that helped me. I was taking a low dosage before bed so I could fall asleep. She refused to give me a prescription for it, but instead referred me to a "sleep study". A sleep study!! I know why I can't fall asleep!! I asked her if she knew the trauma I've been through!!! She said yes, put her hand on my shoulder and asked "do you have other children?" What kind of a doctor says that to a grieving mother? She did not show me any empathy or seem to care for me at all. I will never step foot in that office again. I since have found someone who truly cares about my wellbeing. The star rating was required!!

Can't get in to see our doctor so we get whoever is available unless we have booked something…read moremonths in advance. Our appointment is for 2:30... Still sitting in the lobby at 2:30. Hopefully we will not be sent out without a prescription for ear infection like we were before. Only reason I still give 3 stars is because our doctor when we see her is the best. It's happened too many times that we do not get a correct diagnosis and we are back in a week. It seems like the staff is overbooking patients now and that does affect the care of everyone. It's a shame because they used to be so good.

At 2:00 pm I asked how much longer and was told the doctor is signing an order and they will be right with you. 31 minutes later this must be a long order and not sure why the assistant can't room us while the doctor signs whatever this long order is. Multiple kids have come and gone. Starting to really feel forgotten and annoyed as I need to get back to work. It's already stressful my child is sick then this. We do like his PCP but all else yeah needs work.

I told her about a bad experience I had with a urologist about the same problem and let her know that he lied to me. She stated without question: "I will never lie to you" and I believed her. The staff also is so friendly and play with my "service puppy in training" which I find endearing. I have yet to have surgery as the tumor hasn't grown on scans and the hospitals were so full of covid patients I wouldn't want to be hospitalized anyway. My only note is that this practice is not on Tangerine Rd, but right off LaCholla using the main NW Hospital entrance. I will update this review after I have actually "gone under the knife". So far I couldn't be more pleased with all the interactions I have had with Dr Olsen and her staff. So nice to be treated well at a physician's office!!

Before moving to Tucson I knew I had to have hernia repair surgery. I picked this surgical group…read morefrom the internet, called to make an appointment and was given Dr Olsen. I knew it would be a big, complicated surgery and Dr Olsen explained everything. The surgery went well but I developed some complications which Dr Olsen had explained might occur. She had to repair the damage caused by infection. Dr Olsen has been amazing as well as her colleagues and staff. She is so caring and admired for her skills. My only complaint is she cannot be my primary care physician.

He maintains eye contact when I'm talking, I feel he is fully present and attentive, and I never feel like he's impatient for me to just shut up so he can go see the next patient. The office staff, however, is a huge problem, and from what I've heard it's a widespread one. I can typically expect to have to make multiple phone calls to get the right information conveyed to my doctor; and even when they write things down there is often missing information, misinformation, etc. I've left messages requesting a call back and it can be days, weeks, or never. I've finally resorted to only dealing directly with the office manager, who seems more able to make sure things get done correctly -- but she shouldn't be having to do other people's jobs as well, so many things she's playing traffic cop for should be able to get done by the people who've been hired to do them. If I could have found another doctor who is as wonderful as Dr. Lokale, who's covered by my insurance, and who's within a couple of miles further away from my house, I would have left a long time ago, but so far Dr Lokale is worth the incredible hassle.

I tried to schedule a new patient appointment. Received two appointments, one for a new patient and…read moreone for a wellness exam. Two days later, I was called and advised I couldn't have two appointments, that I would need to be seen by a physician before the wellness exam. Okay, that's fine. I kept the appointment for October 1 and cancelled the other on September 28. I did not receive a reminder for the appointment on October 1 so I called to confirm two hours before the appointment. I was advised there is a note on my chart that states "no show" for an appointment their office cancelled for September 28, therefore, they could not reschedule me. Furthermore, they said the appointment scheduled for today was a "scheduling error." Now i'm left with no appointment, a note that prohibits them from rescheduling due to a "no show," and back to square one, except this time it's urgent. I need the wellness exam to continue with my medications. One last point, the person I spoke to was aggressive and rude and obviously defensive that the mistake was on their end. No thank you. I'll find another doctor.

Dr, Dodman was so patient and kind to me. She walked into the procedure room with a big smile on her face and just made me very comfortable.
