We traveled from Los Angeles to shoot with a local talent at Level One 11. The studio staff was…read moresuper accommodating and communicative. We went in with a huge shot list and a tight schedule so I began conversations ahead of time in regards to their tech packets which at the time were nonexistent. As a Lighting Programmer going into studios with a rig it's helpful for me to know details such as lighting fixtures, how many, where, their control system, patch, etc. especially with little prep/load-in time. This wasn't available but they did their best to provide as much information within their knowledge ahead of time which was appreciated. All in all the shoot went well and had the rig mapped out and under my control within an hour.
