There is evidence of it, throughout. Even though, they received my complete orders from my home clinic, it took them over 2 weeks to finally provide me the intravenous medicine ordered by my doctor. The technicians are very efficient in connecting and disconnecting you. At my home clinic you can connect easily to internet. Here, not so easy. And the television monitors are controlled by a single type of control. So your co-patient next to you can easily change or turn off yours! This might not seem that important, but, when you're there for 3 hrs and 45 minutes, you value your tv.

I'm lost for words, my husband had a couple of heart surgery and was put in the hospital for 21…read moredays, during this time I'm searching for help with disability papers, I got absolutely no help at all, I call the hospital because that's where the surgery took place, absolutely no help there, they tell me to call his cardiologist office, I have my Daughter in law call down there and they tell her to contact the hospital because that's where it took place, I again call the hospital, this time they tell me to contact his primary care Physician, I contact the primary Dr. and mind you not only did he have heart surgery but now he's on dialysis, so the primary care Dr. tells me to contact the Nephrologist, I contact Dr. Batarsé office, mind you this is week 3 of going back and forth, like it's a game, So I contact his office and the office manager tells me, we don't do that here, she tells me you have to take it to dialysis with you and the case worker will fill it out, So I call DaVita dialysis in Palm Springs and I talked to Erica, and mind you Erica is probably the youngest one out of all of them, Erica is going to be my lifesaver, she's going to make sure that Dr. Batarse signs the paper work, this is totally Insane that someone has to go through such a thing, you people should be ashamed of yourself, someone's life has changed forever and you can't even give a help in hand, I pray that you never have to go through what we've been through, Thank You Erica

So he could not do a follow up which is why I was supposed to be there in the first place. Also the doctor had a strong accent and I found it difficult to follow at times. I called my regular doctor to change to another doctor. I will not be returning.

I was amazed how kind, thoughtful, respectful and professional all of the staff and visiting staff were. My care was 100% perfect, I could not have asked for a better experience for my first surgery. Everything that they were going to perform on me was clearly explained and in no way rushed. I had the same experience for my pre-surgery tests and phone call. Everyone went out of their way to extend every courtesy to me. I thank all of the kind nurses and staff and the anesthesiologist who made my experience and recovery so much easier than I had ever anticipated.

I've never witnessed a hospital so uncaring and incompetent…read moreMy son had 2 skull fractures and brain bleed His arm went numb They said he probably slept on his arm 24 hours later I said to them do you realize that his arm is still numb they did not even know unless I told them they did not follow up so then he had to have a CT scan with two skull fractures they released him into the streets to walk in 100° weather these people do not care he was always cold in the hospital I told them would you please put the heated blankets on him? They said yes but I came there every day and he was laying in bed with no clothes on. Their earthquake rating is a 2 Its posted in the lobby. Of course there are great nurses but in this case we never had one. Sad
