Some people actually go by names other than their legal name. This car wash broke my side mirror, and when I filed an incident report, the employee made it sound like this is a known issue. Something along the lines of "sometimes it gets stuck and does that". I was told the store manager would reach out to me in a few days, but no one did. I called and emailed the main number 6 different times over 3 weeks, and every time I was told the store manager would contact me within 3 days. Never happened. It wasn't until I was able to convince the customer service rep to contact the regional manager that anyone finally responded to me, over 3 weeks after I filed the report, and by a canned email that said they won't pay to fix it because the car is more than 5 years old. I requested a cancellation and refund, but surprise surprise, no one has responded. Also, of the handful of times I've been to this location, not once has the back of my car come out clean.

That clearly didn't matter. When I got my car back, it looked WORSE than when I brought it in. Somehow they managed to leave hard water spots all over the paint, didn't properly dry or wipe it down, and created a whole new set of issues that weren't even there before. That takes talent--in the worst way. I brought it up immediately, expecting at least some accountability or effort to fix it. Nothing. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just complete indifference. If you care at all about your car, stay far away from this place. You're better off doing it yourself in your driveway.
