He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. Days later with no response would reach out asking for an ETA, acted inconvenienced and would provide unprofessional personal reasons on why product was late. This continued for months.
