Attorney Garcia was honest and forthright in estimating the probability of win in court and he over performed with a resulting dismissal of the suit. When he started working on the case he requested all information/documents and proceeded without supervision. At the end he provided an excellent document for my review and comments. It was excellent and got the suit dismissed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I hired Mr. Garcia to handle an eviction involving a problematic tenant. I was assured the…read morepaperwork would be handled promptly. Instead, he sat on it. By the time anything was done, the tenant had already moved out ( mind you that was 2 1/2 months or maybe even 3 months, after I hired this ambulance chaser ) leaving me with thousands of dollars in losses, due to the loser squatting in my house for 5 months rent free. Yet, mr Garcia Then claimed he would pursue a judgment--gathering my information, photos, etc. yet another promise that went nowhere. When the case finally appeared on the calendar, the confusion and panic coming from his office made it painfully clear that nothing had been handled properly. Shortly after, I received paperwork showing the case was no longer being handled by his office. Not surprise at all. Nor did I actually care, because at that point, I found an amazing attorney who actually cares (yet best for Mr Garcia to use his own time & money and file the paperwork then me - and that's just what he had to do). This wasn't a simple oversight from Mr Garcia . It's a pattern of his negligence. Based on my experience, and on the similar stories shared by others ( who private messaged me ) , I cannot recommend his services to anyone. He's very lazy at his job. Don't say I didn't warn ya!

He gets down to business by asking the right questions in order to assess the situation and decipher pertinent information. I appreciated his candid communication style, (i.e., not afraid to say what he's thinking and give his opinion). He answered all my questions in an easy-to-understand manner (not cryptic nor over-complicated). At the end of our conversation, he provided me with a tangible list of next step action items, and even went as far as to paint a picture of best/worst case scenarios according to plan A, B, and C. I began the conversation feeling confused, frustrated, and uncertain. I ended the conversation with confidence and direction. I would highly recommend him.
