The girl that answered the call didn't know anything she kept putting me on hold for every question I asked. We waited a total of 31 minutes and the total appointment was 29 minutes. There were 3 options laid out, and my husband only qualified for 1. The questions were very in depth and required some detail, more then I'm accustomed to. There's only one lawyer and one paralegal the rest of the office consists of office managers and staff.
