My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to check out the exterior window covers and see if…read morewe could find something to cover one of our bedroom windows. This particular window takes a direct hit from the blazing LHC sun each morning, lighting up and heating up the house. We were met in the showroom by a very helpful lady who showed us various styles of covers and fabrics available. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship in the cover on display and the fact that all the covers are made right in the shop (no imported junk from overseas). We took home some sample fabrics and, an hour later, a gentleman met us at the house and measured the window. We placed the order and, a week later, our new window cover was delivered and installed. It has made a huge difference and we couldn't be happier with it. I highly recommend Arizona Awning & Shade Co. You won't be disappointed with their product or service.

They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through different fabric and color options to find the right fit for my space. Their recommendations turned out to be spot on. The final result looked even better than I expected and complements the home beautifully. Excellence Awning made the process easy and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

I've had an excellent experience with Excellence Awning from start to finish. I first had my awning…read moreinstalled about five years ago, and at the time they were very reasonably priced and provided great service and workmanship. Recently, the fabric was damaged due to extremely high winds. When I reached out to them again, what truly stood out was their responsiveness. Unlike many vendors who stop caring after the initial installation, Excellence Awning answered right away and came out promptly to assess the issue. They were honest, efficient, and solutions-oriented. Instead of pushing an unnecessary full replacement, they clearly explained my options, either replacing just one panel of the awning or choosing to replace the entire awning and recommended the most cost-effective solution. That level of transparency is rare. On top of that, they even helped fix a switch issue related to a GFI outlet while they were there, which went above and beyond what I expected. Overall, Excellence Awning is professional, responsive, fairly priced, and stands behind their work years later. I highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again.

Servicing those areas is a new part of my business (I just started this year) and I am handling it the best I can, obviously I need some improvement. You are my first Yelp review and I sure wish it was better but have no one to blame but myself. I am a licensed and insured contractor and there are very few of us on the river, so I am trying my best to NOT be a "typical river worker" however it is like many things in life a work in progress.
