David was always so detailed during our planning meetings and really helped put us at ease with our wedding timeline. They even drove us to Balboa Park during cocktail hour where they took some of our favorite photos. Wanted to get about 4 poses, 2 photos each for a total of 8, with a max spend of $150-200. The cheapest option was $139 for a single photo. Second cheapest was $250 for 15 photos. Absolutely, ridiculous price when I can pay for a private photographer to shoot in the field for $400 and send me 60 edited shots. Or go to Sphere self serve photo and get a 15 min shoot with 60 edited shots for only $89. Employees and management were rude and would not work with me at all on pricing. They also would not refund me the $40 I spent to reserve my 30 minute slot less than 24 hours ago. They had open availability all day today, I wonder why. Very disappointed, this is not a way to treat a potential customer! You could've had my business if you just tried a little harder, sad!

This was the first time we used Leyna and I found her through the internet because our usual…read morephotographer was booked but I am so glad we found her and that she was available to shoot our sons first birthday party. After reviewing her website and chatting with her on the phone she was hired for the job! Leading up to the party her communication skills were excellent, she even sent me a text the day of the party to confirm what time she would be there. She showed up early and was ready to shoot! She brought a mask but I told her we were comfortable with her not wearing it, she was prepared either way which is lovely in these "Covid times". She captured the essence of the party and let everyone relax and keep their phones away. As the host of the party I could relax and enjoy time with all of the guests instead of worrying about getting group shots. I must admit I live for a good candid photo and she got so many great ones of friends and family in our backyard, I'll cherish those photos for the rest of my life.
