The prices were amazing and the selection tailors to all tastes. I met with the owner Tony, who treated me with a great deal of respect. He also asked the right questions and knew my exact vision. Within 30 minutes of browsing and 10 minutes chatting with Tony, I had a good feeling about making a purchase. I couldnt believe how easy of a process this was. The living room set I wanted was in stock and Tony even threw in two lamps that complimented the set. This store has been family owned for over 20 years which is not suprising. They treat their customers like family. After the delivery, Tony called to make sure I was happy and invited me back for coffee anytime I was in the area. This guy is awesome! The initial representative I tried to speak with was really rude, but another associate saw that I was about to walk out and took over. She was great and had some good suggestions for me, so the purchase went through seamlessly. The delivery team was great also -- they removed the old piece and installed the new one so it was ready to use right away. It's still important to shop around since that area has several options, but in general the piece I finally found with the associate's help is working out fine. Recommending.

As she was not there upon my arrival another sales person, Ralph, was available to assist this time. He was never pushy and was genuinely concerned about the type of the exact mattress I might have been looking for. The transaction was quick and smooth, having able to identify what I had needed. As those two pillows that were supposed to come with the mattress and the base upon the date of delivery were not available, I was explained that I would need to pick them up at the store when they come in later. On the date of pick up of these pillows, Ralph was not available so that another sales person, Walter, greeted me with such pleasant and authentic smile. He immediately recalled my name as one of the customers picking up the pillows, which I was blown away with. The pillows were already wrapped and had my name on them!! They have a basement with more furniture if you want to browse. I was able to get my couch further discounted and free delivery (I lived only a few blocks away though)! When he found out I live on Long Island he said they can't guarantee delivery date since they will only deliver to LI if they happen to have furniture delivery in the area. I understand they have their cost so I suggested I can pay for delivery charge and even get a more expensive mattress to justify their cost. So I still held my cool and calmly told him again I would cover the cost. He then said "no I can't, it costs too much to deliver. Use your brain to think about it!" I was so furious I stopped him and said "how could you talk to your customer like that? I was being polite and calm, all you have to do is to say sorry we can't really accommodate that. There's absolutely no need to be so rude and ask your customer to use his brain!!" He was like "Ok. Ok." as if he doesn't care what I was saying. Still no apology nor remorse. I asked for his name (Mr. Wong) and I said I don't know if you are the boss or employee but either way good luck I'll give out an honest review in Yelp. And he still said, "Ok. ok" like whatever. I'm not sure if that's his real name but he sounds like around 45-55 year old with an accent. I think he's from Tai Shan area hence his accent in Cantonese.
