I specifically confirmed this because my insurance covers the services at 100%, and I wanted to avoid any unexpected charges. Unfortunately, the front desk scheduled my appointments incorrectly. As a result, I would have had to pay for a service that should have been covered. The only response I received was, "Sorry." The front desk needs better training and a better understanding of scheduling and insurance coverage. This experience left a very negative impression, and I chose not to return.

I've suffered from lower back (muscular) pain for years and finally decided to try a chiropractor…read more I read amazing reviews about Dr. Heidi online and from a neighbor on the NextDoor app. I called and was afraid she might not be able to get me in, but luckily she did. Dr. Heidi listened to my concerns/issue and knowing that she has dealt with similar back pain made me feel that I made the right decision. I've been so pleased and have had great success with adjustments alone. I'll never be free of discomfort at my age, but it is much better and I don't need to take Advil all the time to cope. Dr. Heidi and her office admin are so friendly. Always a positive vibe in the office. So happy!

Rebecca has great attention to detail, listens well and has an approach you can trust and actually relax into the adjustments. My wife who had a very bad experience elsewhere did not trust seeing a chiro but needed the work. Rebecca recommended she come in and see how a session would go and do a consultation after. My wife opened up and has been a regular client ever since. That's not all, we also now have our senior pup coming in with us to see Byron who's helping keep our old lady feeling young. Different styles, modalities, men and women, young and old. Before starting to see Dr. Tyler several months ago, I thought I knew what a great chiropractor looked like... but he blew away our previous notions, expectations, and standards of care! Never have I met a chiropractor with so much passion for his craft, and a relentless pursuit of mastery. It's a sight to behold. My wife, daughter, and I have made major improvements in our backs, necks, and overall bodies within a relatively short period of time. We have learned just how vital and influential our spinal cords are (as extensions of our brains) to areas of our body, inside and out, that you'd never think could be treated through chiropractic care... because he takes the time to explain all of that. His treatment plans are SO much more than just adjusting/cracking backs and necks. Gentle, but highly effective. And, when needed, as a relatively young man, he has the strength and energy to give anyone of any size or condition the nuanced force their body needs with finesse. Dr. Tyler takes his Gonstead training and its framework very seriously. He never makes us feel rushed during our appointments. And, as a very important bonus, he's got a pleasant and fun personality that makes you feel like you're a good friend or family member, with plenty of light-heartedness and humor, but while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, at the same time. This review is a long-time coming, which is why it's so long and detailed. I've come to view Dr. Tyler not only as my chiropractor, but one of my top trusted wellness advisors, and a good friend. Whether you're currently seeing another chiropractor, or you have visited one, I HIGHLY recommend you give Dr. Tyler Simpson the opportunity to assess your situation and demonstrate his immense competence!

I LOVED Julet! First of all, her office smells amazing. Yes that's irrelevant but it was just too…read moregood not to mention. Her setup is nice, clean and organized and the office layout is well done. I called Julet and she was pretty booked, which of course is a good thing because it shows she's good at what she does. However she wasn't too busy to squeeze me in before the weekend. Also great, cause if you're in pain and need to get in the last thing you want to do is wait all weekend in misery. Her prices are much better then a lot of people I have heard of or been to. Most times first appointments range from $100-$150 and then lower to around $75 each time. That can get really pricey. Julet's first appointment for an hour was only $75 and is only $50 for following appointments! I was very happy about that. Last but not least, she's very good. She started with some tools to loosen the muscles then when on to the adjustment. It was tailored to my needs and she listened to me and my body on what was going on and what would work. I told her some specific things I needed and she was very attentive those needs. After the adjustment she used a type of ultrasound machine. That was awesome. After my pregnancy and some rough psychical stress I can say without a doubt this is the best my back and body and felt in the last 18 months. I am very glad to have found her and since I'm making Parker my longtime home, I am very happy to say I will be a lifelong client.

It was evident at the first phone call that Dr. Campbell does things a little differently than most health care professionals. For example, he doesn't take appointments. I was taken aback by this fact but after talking to his Assistant, Kristi, I understood it in a different way. I've never waited more the 10 minutes to see him! Dr Campbell is a friendly and intelligent Chiropractor that is honest about his love of fixing things from the inside out. In other words, He likes to make sure your internal body is fully functioning so that your external body can follow suit. So you'll notice him paying attention to your habits on your first meeting. I just arrived for a consultation and though the place was hopping, it did seem like there was a rhythm to it. One person is loosened up on a massage table that gently relaxes you, another is purchasing some vitamins and someone got adjusted. He took me to his "Interview room" and we talked about my complaints. He took X-Rays and discussed my eating habits. He is a master Kinesiologist and wanted me to know that my body will tell him everything he needs to know to make me well. In the meantime, through my Xrays, he said some astonishing things about my life and my lifestyle that I hadn't discussed. Again, he keeps it light on Symptoms and big on Cause. I liked that he makes no bones (pardon the pun) about his commitment to the wife and kids. He closes everyday for two hours just to spend time with them during the summer months. He found some crazy cool things going on with my roommate that blew us both away. The TLDR version is that he said my Roomie had chlorine poisoning in his body. We laughed because we don't have any chlorine coming in to the house. Dr. Campbell didn't argue just said "The body doesn't lie. " When we go home, my roommate went to do laundry and pulled out a big bottle of CHLORINE bleach and we both fell out laughing. Then found it in all the cleaning products. Chlorine was my Roomies favorite cleaning substance. That ended swiftly. Dr Campbell gave him some supplements designed to remove chorine and man you could see the stuff working. That's the magic of Dr Campbell. He takes what he knows seriously and allows you to follow him or your heart OR both. It's a pleasure to see him, he has a genuine smile like someone content with his work and life. And I'm really tired of bad office managers. Kristi is a gem and has a great warmth that compliments Dr. Campbell. He'll be in my contacts for a long while.

This last bout of back pain had lingered for months, whereas the pain prior would come and go, though one time so severe, I was hospitalized, unable to walk for 4 days. The first several appointments addressed the SI joint, and the following appointments addressed what is likely piriformis syndrome - basically a small butt muscle that irritates the sciatic nerve. It's incredibly painful and near unbearable at times. Dr. Boykin is an angel in doctor form. He listens, he explains, he tosses around ideas until he knows exactly how to treat me. Most recently, I've been experiencing migraines, so severe, I've missed work and become physically sick. He's attributing it to hormone fluctuations based on other symptoms, and my age, and recommended bloodwork from my doctor. He hasn't been wrong about me before. If you're experiencing any kind of pain - muscular, skeletal, nerve, joint, I cannot recommend Dr. Boykin enough! He's personable, thoughtful, just a neat person to talk to, even when it's not a chiropractic-related conversation - and the front desk staff, Catherine Boykin and Dawne, they are absolutely the best front desk staff a business could have!
