But then I stumbled across Teresa. She has the clinical knack of knowing bodies but also carries a sincere sense of compassion for her clients. I've never felt so safe. Or so seen. And it's life-changing! Not only are the treatment rooms warm and inviting, but the secretary is smiling and welcoming too. Parking is ample and subsequently stress-free, which particularly matters on a rainy day like this one, while the building inside is tastefully designed and adds to the calm aesthetic throughout. I would strongly recommend stopping in and meeting the delightful talented staff serving and healing this community one case at a time!

The table is comfortably toasty and the music is chill. Deb and I have great conversation. If it's a sleepy day for me, we'll not talk and that's alright, too. Deb let's me know when she feels a particular tight area, which helps me with remembering to target certain areas to stretch when I exercise. She gets those knots out! I feel sooo much better after my massage. The front desk admin, Robin, is always super nice as well and asks how I'm doing. It's just all around a peaceful place to go and be rejuvenated.

As my right foot would stride through it would clip my ankle on the left foot. I tried different exercises and changing my stride, but nothing was able to fix the issue. Dr. Jennaleigh did a complete evaluation and found that my sacrum was out of alignment possibly caused by an old knee injury. A few days after my adjustment I went for a 4-mile run, and I didn't have any issues. Just being out of alignment that tiny bit caused all my problems. I would recommend Dr. Jennaleigh to anyone in need of chiropractic help. She is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't push any unnecessary treatments.

I was 7.5 months pregnant with twins and could barely walk due to pain in my tailbone. Literally after 2 visits to see her, the pain was gone. She is seriously amazing and saved me! In addition to her doing adjustments, she is a former massage therapist so your session is a mix of deep tissue/pain point work as well as chiropractic work. Could it get any better? She also accepted my HSA card, so I could pay using that (pre-tax dollars). I 100% recommend her, especially to pregnant women who have odd pains, she can help!

After moving to Colorado five years ago, I swore I would never find another chiropractor I loved as much as mine back in Florida, therefore, I just never went. But, the time came when my neck, shoulders and hips really needed some regular attention again. I have seen Dr. Schwabe a half dozen or so times now and I am always so happy when I leave. Not only is she very thorough and explains what is going on, she doesn't push the limits with my body. She has also introduced me to the importance of my wellness in other areas such as foam rolling, which I am so excited about, especially since I am pretty active. She understands how active we are in Colorado and attaches that to her care. Do yourself a favor and go see her!
