I texted the day before and he said that his son would come help. Then the day of he tells me his son can't do it but that he would be there to help unload. My daughter rented a 15ft truck and loaded it with a little help from me and my friend, then started the 2 hour drive to the town I was moving to. I let Jake know she was on her way and he said " okay" then about 30 minutes later, he said he couldn't make it! No apology or nothing! I was so upset I was crying because now my daughter was going to have to unload that 15ft truck loaded to the brim, all by herself! I had also hired Jake to mow my lawn every 2 weeks. He never showed up for my daughter or to mow my lawn! I was going to hire him to do a bunch of projects at my new old country house. Too bad he's not reliable or a man of his word. I would think twice before hiring this guy to do anything. He only shows up if he feels like it. No commitment or integrity in his words. All a man has is his word and his reputation. Unfortunately this man disappoints in both areas.
