We do however have problems with the lawn company that has damaged our property more than once. These people are very argumentative, and refuse to take responsibility. This company was brought on by Lennar, and the HOA. Both Lennar, and the HOA also refuse to take responsibility for the damage these people have done, and continue to do to our property. The contractors that are building the houses are very messy. They leave trash everywhere, with no regard to the families that live here. I have reported them for throwing their food, and drink bottles in our yard, but nothing comes of it. Their attitude, and unprofessionalism is extremely upsetting.

Where do I start !!!! We lead poor Janet on a rather long "mission impossible" task on finding our…read morenew home. Believe us , we looked at a load of houses with our specific specifications of needs, wants and must haves.
