I can't say enough about this little gem in Biloxi MS. First off the staff or owner not sure who I…read moredealt with were so kind and accommodating. My daughter and I had 4 services scheduled for a Friday when our flight there was cancelled. I called just as they were closing they had to call me back because they had to be somewhere. Called me back and we worked on an alternate time later in the day that Friday. Everything worked out. I received the facial which was wonderful. I'm a size 20 and the robe they give you actually fit me. The relaxing music was a little loud but I chose not to say anything. My daughter did and it was quickly turned down. I had the massage afterward and she concentrated on all the areas I requested even my feet. It was amazing. My daughter also got a facial and massage but with different added amenities. She really enjoyed herself and it provided the relaxing spa day we were looking for. Originally we had appts booked at the Beau Rivage (where we were staying) but we decided to look around and although this place wasn't cheap we were able to get 4 services for what it would have cost us for only 2 at the Beau Rivage. And our masseuse actually works at the BR spa on the weekends so we basically got the same service. This spa has many other amenities to choose from. If you are in the area looking for a relaxing experience give them a try.

She told me "He is on his way" I asked if he started at 8am? She said "SIR, HE IS ON HIS WAY. Really, How dare I question when the Doctor would show up to work. She told me he might be in traffic he is coming from far away. I told her perhaps he should leave earlier. I canceled my appointment and left. He is not the only Dr on the coast. He apparently doesn't care about wasting the time of his patients. I find this typical of many Doctors, I strongly urge everyone to vote with their feet and leave. The Doctor did call to apologize and I appreciate that he even saw me pulling out of the parking lot but the receptionist was so borderline rude and the fact is it is the offices policy to overbook and the Doctor comes when he feels like it. Today he was only 15 minutes late but that is just not acceptable. I will go elsewhere. I stopped flying American Airlines.... Bankrupt I quit buying crummy american made cars ... backrupt.
